I first met Luke Taylor early December 2003, and instantly I knew he was the right personal trainer for me. It was clear to me right from the start that Luke demonstrates all the qualities of a great coach and trainer - he is professional, hard working, friendly, empathetic and consistently high motivator!
My expectations have been exceeded in the 5 months I trained with Luke. My goal was to gain in weight by 10 kilos and look more muscular. After 5 months, I weighed in 9 kilos heavier at 85kg, and look a bulkier and more muscular physique. My wife has frequently commented on how great I look, so much so that she is now being trained by Luke!

I highly recommend Luke as your personal trainer whatever your fitness goals and ambitions. I thank Luke for giving me a body I'm proud of and would not hesitate in training with Luke again in the future.

Cheers Luke!

Luke Taylor has been my personal trainer for 9 months and has been a very positive influence on my fitness. At times I can find it very hard to get motivated and Luke has a way of making our sessions fun & very rewarding. I hate running but Luke has helped me gradually build up from not being able to run for more that one minute to being able to complete a 5km run six weeks later. He makes our sessions fun and I call him the ‘Slave driver' as you have no choice but to keep going! He definitely gets the best out of me! (even at 6:30am).

Luke, I have benefited greatly from our training sessions. My posture has much improved, together with my general physical well-being, and my better toned muscles are an added bonus. A lot of my stiffness is also gone, although I will need & intend to keep up my training with TMP. I must say, I would have liked to have started my gym activity much earlier in life. Anyway better late than never!

Best Regards

I have been working with Luke for some 3 months having been a complete and devout sceptic about personal trainers for many years I am now a complete convert!

I have been a company director for several years and had begun to do more & more business over a drink or a meal I had considered that I had totally lost the war on "flab" and begun to believe it was impossible for a 45 year plus men to walk further than to the Jag in the driveway.

Well, within a couple of weeks Luke had reversed all that, and after 3 months I am a fully fledged jogger and have converted my business lunch lifestyle to one that is a lot more in balance, temperate and a lot more FUN. On top of this I have also lost two stone on the way!

My personal journey was no accident it was carefully managed by Luke and despite doing little or no exercise for a decade my transformation has been achieved without any pulled muscles or painful joints.

In short I would recommend and have recommend Luke for anyone who needed to realise that their forty's don't have to be the start of old age & inactivity.

I had been exercising for years but just wasn't getting the results I was after.  Although I had been sceptical about using a personal trainer, believing that I could motivate myself just fine, thank you very much, I agreed to meet with Luke for one session.  Not only did I work harder with him than I did on my own, I began to see results within weeks.  Since I was capable of motivating myself, we agreed to meet every few weeks at which time Luke would devise a new workout plan for me.  This kept me interested and renewed my enthusiasm.  I knew I had something to work towards.

It wasn't long before I was inspired to run a marathon.  Thanks to Luke's workout plans and encouragement, I just ran my first half marathon in less than two hours and hope to run the London Marathon in less than four. Even better, I am loving exercise again.  I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
